Republican U.S. Senate candidate Carly Fiorina, fresh off her historic primary win in California Tuesday, isn't wasting any time hitting the campaign trail -- or Democrat Barbara Boxer.
Appearing this morning on KTVU Channel 2 in Oakland, the former Hewlett Packard CEO launched into Boxer, who last night accused Fiorina of creating jobs "in China, in India, in Europe,'' but not in California.
"Boxer actually thinks you create jobs by passing bills in the U.S. Senate,'' Fiorina said. "You create jobs by creating the conditions by which businesses can flourish...that's why you couldn't build Hewlett Packard in California today..innovators and entrepreneurs are leaving."
She said Boxer's support of "higher taxes, higher debt, thicker regulations...are driving businesses and jobs and families of all size out of this state."
